From August 18 to 22, 2026, Atelier des Lauves welcomes the CIAM (International Centre for Circus Arts) Micro-Folie, a traveling and interactive digital museum developed in partnership with La Villette.
For one week, the painter’s inspiring setting becomes the backdrop for an immersive journey into the heart of masterpieces from major French national museums, offering a fresh perspective on art and Cezanne’s work.

Through a giant screen, tablets, and digital tools, discover collections from leading national museums and explore Cezanne’s artwork in a whole new way.
Afternoon: Guided Mediation Workshops
Each afternoon, Anne-Cécile, cultural mediator at CIAM, leads two themed sessions designed for the whole family:
2:15 PM | "Draw the Circus Like Cezanne"
Try a hands-on artistic approach inspired by Cezanne’s methods and style, applied to the circus universe. Unleash your creativity by stepping into the shoes of an artist!
4:15 PM | "Art & Emotion: Feeling and Talking About Art"
Learn how to observe a work of art and express your feelings without judgment. This workshop develops empathy, sensory and visual analysis skills (perception, identification, discernment, materials, colors), as well as oral expression tailored to each participant’s level.
