The Maison des Jeunes et de la Culture (MJC) Jacques Prévert in Aix-en-Provence is organizing a comic strip workshop for children at the Bastide du Jas de Bouffan, from Monday 24 to Friday 28 August. This event is led by the association Thomas Bianco.
What to expect?
Over five days, children will discover the essential techniques of comic strip art: speech bubbles, onomatopoeia, expressing emotions and bringing characters into motion. The workshop also includes the creation of a magic magnifying glass and a pixel art activity. All themed around Cezanne and Provence, in connection with the setting of the Bastide du Jas de Bouffan.
