How to become a corporate sponsor ?
Contact us! The City of Aix-en-Provence collects and allocates 100% of corporate donations to the project chosen by the donor (Article 238 bis of the French General Tax Code).
The rewards represent 25% of the donation amount.
What tax advantage does it offer ?

Corporate tax reduction:
- 60% up to €2 million for donations of general interest.
- 40% above €2 million for donations of general interest.
- The donation amount is capped at €20,000 or 0.5% of annual turnover excluding VAT, with any excess carried forward over 5 years.
How can an individual make a donation ?
Minimum donation: €2,500
Contact us! The City of Aix-en-Provence collects and allocates 100% of donations to the project chosen by the donor (Article 200 of the French General Tax Code).
The rewards represent €73, regardless of the donation amount.
What tax benefits are available?
Income tax reduction:
- 66% of the amount donated for general interest donations, up to a limit of 20% of taxable income.
